**Return and Exchange Policy**
The company promises to accept returns within 7 days from the date of sale (based on the customer's actual receipt date) under the following conditions:
1) The product itself has quality problems.
2) The product is damaged during transportation.
3) The wrong item was shipped, or the product does not match the order, but it does not affect resale.
The following situations are not eligible for the 7-day no-reason return policy:
1) Customized products;
2) The product has been used (electronic products are considered used once powered on);
3) The product and its functional components and accessories show signs of wear and tear;
4) The outer packaging of the product is lost or severely damaged (excluding opened packaging), which actually affects the resale of the product. This situation is not eligible for the 7-day no-reason return policy;
5) Other products that are unsuitable for return due to their nature, and you have confirmed at the time of purchase that they are unsuitable for return;
6) Other product conditions that affect resale.
**How to Apply for a Return**
1. **Return or Exchange for Personal Reasons:** Within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product does not affect resale, send an email to the after-sales service center. 1. **Return/Exchange Due to Quality Issues:** Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please send an email to [service@mail.flickray.com] to the after-sales service center. Customer service will process your request within 1-3 business days of receiving the email. Return/exchange shipping costs will be borne by us.
2. **Return/Exchange Due to Quality Issues:** Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please contact the courier company directly. The courier company will notify us of the refund details after receiving the goods. We will complete the refund process within 15 business days.
